“Laura helped us stage a vacant home for sale and she was so great to work with! Everything moved along quickly and on schedule, and the end result was better than I could have expected! The style of her design is beautiful, classy yet comfortable, and very natural feeling. I highly recommend her for all your interior design and home staging needs!” ~Julia Carmody
“I used this home staging company after having a home for sale for six months with a lot of showings with no offers. As a side note the home was vacant at the time it was on the market. The home was appraised at $249,000. I had to lower the price to $229,000 because of a lack of offers. It was at this time I called Laura and decided to stage the home. She came in and over a few days brought in furniture, rugs and art work. I had a offer of $226,000 after the first showing after the staging !!! I would recommend this service to anyone selling vacant home! I truly think people can’t imagine what a vacant house would or could look like when furnished and decorated!!! I strongly recommend Laura’s staging service.” ~Terry Kimball
